Considering that it's an achievement by a single person, and not the entire guild at once (although guild climbs are the standard) I'd rather see it implemented as a new Star Option for the user who reset it, to show off their laurels to the community, and get people on other subforums to see it and ask questions.
Voted yes, but I think a single person reward, given to previous and any following ladder resetters, would be better.
The idea behind this is to improve the reward for resetting the ladder. The hardest part of it was to decide if this should be a individual or a group reward. I thought if this would be given to one player he should have the option to turn this symbol off (which would be sad but maybe he wants to show his stars and it wouldn't fit together). It would be sad to see it would be turned off, therefore I thought about giving this to the guild even when the pass itself is only done by one person.

Its not really just a single person achievment. A lot of the people who have reset the ladder could not of done it without their guilds. Either because of the gear they lent the person, always willing to climb with them even when they are not in the mood to climb but they want to help get the reset for their guild, etc.
I think both a single person and a guild reward would be pretty nice. Maybe some kind of icon for each guild that changes from season to season and some kind of star for the actual person who reset.
Yeah a reward for both could be an option.
