It depends on what he rerolled for that attack speed. If it was vitality or life per fury spent then he screwed himself. He should have rerolled the base damage.

I do have a clue, for ASI breaks BPs for the nado spam. on the rune of destdevils.

ASI is what you want.

Edit: Again very nice weapon, unfortunately you were screwed on the ancients... But yea.

First of all it's called IAS (increased attack speed) or APS (attacks per second). Second it greatly depends on the rest of his gear.
He might be stuck in between breakpoints which is very easy to do with the IK weapon. If he rolled out of vitality for that IAS he screwed himself.
It really just depends on what he rolled out of. Either way its not a trophy.

oh dear lord, why the heck wouldn't u reroll the base dmg? This is far from a trophy, I would even go as far as saying this is a BAD ancient boulder breaker, at least as how u rerolled IAS instead of maxing out the base dmg *facepalm*.

He's a nab, and some dude probably told him to do so, some dude best dude
