8 years' experience driving school buses. Come at me bro. I guarantee I know what that driver should be doing at every stop. He did not. You count the number of students off at every stop and count the number of them you see walk away from the bus. Every stop, without fail. The driver was in a hurry, or else he wouldn't have closed the door before it was clear. It was a matter of rote for him. He (and she) is fucking lucky that child was held tightly enough, because if she had come loose while he was moving, we could be talking about a very dead child.
