I keep getting emails each month about my Xbox live rewards and it keeps saying zero. I'm buying games and stuff I don't see how I'm not earning any points can anyone help me figure out why it's not showing up?

Like my life time, last month statements are all zero.

log in whit the email of ur xbox profile and look what % rebate and blah blah should give you a clear idea of what you doing

I'm signed in and everything at the site it shows my tag but literally everything says zero and I've had my Xbox over a year now and bought a few games and dlcs but it shows nothing still?

you should send xbox a tickets about that
no one can really help you except em :S

I just read the faqs I guess since I used my credit card for purchases it, it doesn't count which is really stupid. Thanks for your help man
