Looking to get back into wow and was wondering if anyone is selling game time cards?? Or is that somthing we don't do on jsp?? Let me know please

I don't have that kind of gold anyways and it seems real hard to find gold for my server on jsp. So no one sells game cards? Promo codes or whatever they are called??

You can make a toon on any server and activate game time for your account on it.

As a user above stated, you can make a character on any server and play it as long as it isn't above level 20. Just find a server with cheap gold, make a character on it, and buy 22k on it. Then all you have to do is buy a WoW Token. You can do this from the character select screen by pressing the "Reactivate Now" button in the middle left of the screen.
