I can't really say its worse than perpetuation of slavery or the genocide of indians but the waters get too muddy that far back to pin it on a single party. Despite what GOP "this is the part of Lincoln" would have you believe.

I believe in severely lessening or eliminating drug sentencing. But please give evidence of 20+ years given solely for a small amount <1 kilo of drugs being sold.
