Im in the same boat!, im new to seasons im trying to figure out how to find decent gear im guessing id pay this guy for that lol? sorry im not trying to spam your thread but im just trying to figure out what this service does. I just got my crusader leveled to 70 now im just trying to fiure out how ima gear him

Yeah just sit at the start to his rifts and wait till he kills the rift boss. After boss is dead you teleport to him collect your loot and do the next run. Its extremely easy.
