weird, but then when i run it as admin it works ?

anyone know a solution ?

Since it works in admin mode, I'd say continue running it in admin mode

Run it under administrative rights.

right click and go to properties..

Hopefully it will permanently solve the issue so you no longer have to run in administration mode.
