I haven't played SC2 since season 3 and there are way too many new things to catch up on

Can anyone coach me for protoss. I am really rusty so you may need some patience

Are you looking for actual coaching? Or like "Hi friend catch me up on the game, I don't really want to improve just some ideas".

i played 13 games last night

won 9, 100% winrate vs terrans and zegs

lost 4

all of which were to protoss

vs T on 2 spots map : gate 10 -> auto win, even if its reaper. Wait your stalker, your msc and kill supplies as you expanding and macroing. You can all in then, or just macro, you have win anw. You can make a forge to avoid mine, because a terran on one base will do mine drop then tank to def.
vs T on 4 spots map : blink all in on one or two bases (hide bat and do a fake robo ine your base) -> win 80% cases
vs T if you want to macro, go on classical gate expo, fast colo / blink / b3 and be very defensive against drop mine.

vs Z : forge expo, dt, blink +2 all in, if it does not work, colossi (still on two base, because funnier) or you can macro but you have to poke with stalker anw, to scout. And drop is real fun against zerg. Always scout by sending zealot with your proxy pylons or with drop ... You dont want to lose on a massive muta switch.
vs Z : gate expo, 4 g pressure then b3 then qeargarrgaoign win. You can also go on nexus first then gate then sentries then fast b3. Its not safe against early pool but when you have your gate ull be ok. You just have to be really reactive to drop your tech building and you have to scout very well.
Always scout against zerg, really, that's the key (but because SH are shitty now, its pretty much win if you survive early).

vsP : double stalker opener, if it's not a 4g go sg double oracle then b2, robo forge, colossi. If opponent take fast b3, go up to 8g, HT building, all in him. If 4g, do DT and win (DT bat come a little later than the 4G, but you can tempo with overcharge). If you want to go macro very late game do 4 tempest, colossi and archon only, nothing else.
vs P : allin -> gate 10 then 3 gate allin.
Oh, and scout too. Like you want to see the forge or the army. Do not make army if you dont need to, in any MU. Focus on macro, then if you scout a all in or smthg coming, start to produce. You will produce more, because you have focus on your income, and you are far ahead. Just be sure to have the gate to produce.

I went top master on EU / NA as P with these strats, and its pretty easy to learn. PvP was my best MU (85% winrate), i was above 65% vs Z and 55% vs T.
But because of the shame i'm now playin terran ^^
