There aren't any level 30 items that help me survive more or kill faster, monsters don't drop enough items for me to shrine to keep my health up. Take about 4 minutes of sitting in town to get to full health. Can anyone check out my gear and let me know if there's anything I can do to help myself? I'm a barbarian.

You are better off going with an armor with EE.
with the mobs at your level that 200 life is not helping that much.

A better way to go would be EE on the armor and then strength (because you have a sword) and/or max life on the charm

i agree with bodierox, but u should also try adding some more vit, i think a good number for a new player with not great gear, is 80
also u might want to try using power strike skill, it will help u 1 shot mobs, and clear screens quicker so u take less damg.

While u stay in town and reg your life, try fishing! Stack them so u have a life recovery. Also u can try to find some life reg gears, that you can use while u life reg in town. Use the barbarian single shoot ability in battle.gl
