i was wondering what stats do i need to raise in order to fast roll with full havels and demons great hammer on shield included

nope
VIT raises equip load
also be aware DGH can tend to lose dur fairly fast (mine goes pretty fast despite wearing a +2 ring to reduce durability degradation)



as long as he can keep under 70% he should be good imo and it's fairly possible with havel's and DGH (i'm managing around 68.7% atm without the havel's shield and Royal Ring+1 and 3rd dragon ring, but I have lots of VIT too)
