We really do, thats why this is one of my favorite Bible verses.

1 Timothy 6:7-10

"For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown man in destruction and perdition.
For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows."

If that isn't a verse meant to keep the poor in their place I dunno... whatever it is it's extremely anti-American. Thought you guys were all about capitalism?

Truth. You don't get rich by following the words of Jesus.

Succeeding financially in whatever society you are in has nothing to do with the state of your soul. The criminal crackhead and the scheming rich guy are one in the same.

I wouldn't even respond to Vivienne it's just baiting. It has no interest in a real discussion it just seeks to grossly misrepresent what we stand for.
