sounds like the cop has his own issues, and has learned to hide behind the authority of a Badge
instead of actually dealing with a special needs child.

I see you ranting about the kids treatment but no solutions offered as to how we should we handle unruly and agressive children in the school system . Is a diagnosis of autism a " get out of jail free " card ? You might want to take off your rose colored glasses because children are not exempt from criminal prosecution .
How about talking to the child and seeing why he is so upset before slamming him into the ground and dealing out corporal punishment to a 11 years old instead of jumping to conclusions and acting without thought and proper judgement. Thats why most of us have a brain, would be great of people started to use it.
