Glowsticks is back with another relatively useless item and if we tell him its not gods gift to the world he's gonna rage and tell us he plays this game for a living and that we have no idea what a good item is.

This item can only be a trophy if it rolls strength to up your followers dps.

3/10 for the stats (its about 60 dps off max dps w/o attack speed)... 1/10 for the usefulness.
