The general public may think it's a good job but like Sire said..
In my opinion this guide wouldn't help much because most people asking for price checks are people who have no clue what their bot found and are asking if it's worth something (usually a crappy rare).

D2 constantly has new users, i've watched 4 users get scammed ripped off and abused because they hadnt any idea what to look for what the price are.
saw 1 user utilize the PC the proper way. but not many minds think like that.

People tend to not read n comprehend... lmao.. Its called a GUIDE for a reason... these prices are not set in stone... its a list for people to get an idea of an items worth.. it dosnt say this item is worth this much no matter what... lmao.. hell, I sold a couple bers last night for 20fg because the person was iso NOW.. I usually sell them for 4fg... lmao .. I personally dont think it will get sticky'd just for the fact the nl p/g's havent been changed in years.. think it just isnt on jsp's list to keep alot of things uptodate nowadays.. but then again I get proved wrong all the time.. just ask my ex

this excuse is only for members to rip people off. when 1 member sells an item for 10fg and user who bought it resells for 500
the user who sold item at 10fg will end up Quiting this site.

I think that's why you got "Price check" topics .
But , I can understand your point for it , voted yes .

Thats why Softcore Non Ladder has Price Check also and a Price guide.
Would you like seeing and responding to a PC of a shako for 6months? just a example.
Its to avoid un necessary Price checks. which this will stop the floodings of PC when it happens would stop Multiple spams

If they're unsure of a price they can post a price check
If they don't know what it's worth but don't care enough to find out, they don't care about getting ripped off.

Ladder prices fluctuate constantly and the big problem isn't that they don't know prices, it's that they have no idea what's worth using because they don't play d2, they just run bots and trade
