Well it's pertinent to the discussion... If Public access tv is literally stopping people from telling the truth about what abortion entails as you claim (I'm pretty sure they're not) then that is a serious issue. It's not pretentious to ask for evidence for such an extraordinary claim. It's saying unless you can back it up it shouldn't be taken into account.

its a hypothetical with no precedence that i can find. The only precedence i could find was anecdotal, as i clearly expressed by citing my own memory as the source. Im not sure how you can claim that a gruesome description of an abortion commercial wouldnt conceivably receive backlash. People get mad at everything.

They are fringe extremists. Much like the abortion clinic bombers or people who throw blood over women going in for an abortion. It's why I didn't mention that sort of thing. What we're talking about with CPCs is a systematic and institutionalised abuse of vulnerable women in the name of the pro-life cause and financed by your and my tax dollars/pounds.

Nothing wrong with freedom of speech.

ty for underlying the dangerous 20th-21st century trend that abstinence is impossible and people cant be blamed for having children.

If i could id institute a program that would guarantee food for needy children as long as their parents were sterilized.

Here in reality it's possible for someone to be both for helping needy children, and against parents with insufficient means from having children.

I don't think the male homemaker understands that.

Family values have sunk very far :(

Creating a family used to not be a matter of cost-benefit analysis. Capitalism has killed everything dear to the human spirit.

Lol. You really have your Marxist hat on today.

Since when has having kids you can't support been something worthy of doing? Shitting out the next loser who will live on the government dole is not an example of family values.

I believe he was referring to farmers that have children as a means to more labor. More children meant more means under those circumstances. But having children that in reality you cant feed has always been a problem for humans. Dogs have the same problem too, thats how runts are created that require humans to hand feed them, in the wild they would just die.
