How can i get them running fast again

Posting your pc build would probably help us get a better view on what your running and how you could improve it.

As for an iphone, maybe opening up some memory on it by transfering pictures and other stuff you might not need on your phone all the time. Or maybe just completely reformatting it if you really don't care, but I recommend backing all your stuff up before doing that.

About your Iphone , backup everything and do restore .
Smartphones get "stuck" because over information on them ( if they get close to the maximum information they can have ) .
Also , it just might be that the newest IOS version is not designed to Iphone 5 .. from what I remember it wasn't suggested that Iphone 5 users will upgrade to the new OS version .
