"What would be the best Competition idea... where the winner gets the 2k fg I offer, and any other fg donated to the cause as a 2nd/3rd prize?"

Basically I am literally thinking of quitting LS, my gear will remain in the guild [outside of 1-2 items promised on hold for other people].

I am more after a Hardcore competition... first prize is 2k fg donated by myself... think of a competition that involves the following:

1. Amount of MQ obtained.
2. Majority of Objectives obtained during EACH MQ attempt.
3. No Deaths.
4. 1-5 Ranks gained in a proficiency OUTSIDE of the characters preference.

Thank you for your time and patience... I could have included that the first prize goes to the first person to go from Rank 1 - Rank 11 in Spear Prof
HARDCORE only, but that just maybe a little bit too hard for the SC gamers to accomplish.

Remember, at the end of the day, I have the right to choose which is the best comp to choose, and that person will get 200fg, leaving me with 13.60fg
as base.

I don't think a single person in your guild is playing hc so while I commend you for wanting to be loyal they would Prolly appreciate the fg more lol. Then sell your gear or hold contests to donate it away. There are no easy ways to make contests fair perhaps a lottery system for anyone that mqs.

I like the idea of lottery system! You could make it 1 MQ = 1 ticket, then set a maximum number of tickets/mq in a certain time period. like 3 days, for one item or xx amount of items.

In some ways you are correct, I am sure the Implite [HC only guidl member] will do with my items and the fg... but... that is only one reference that I can point out.



Interesting concept... can i choose the ticket nunbers... 0001 to 9999 only for hardcore? Any outcome represents another MQ run with new ticket numbers?
Basically there are appoximately only 20-50 gamers in total, when you replace symantics to Hardcore only, there are only like what... 1-10... this could be
a long and lengthy endeavour.

We have done this in origins.
What we did was pick every possible 5 key combo (120 total) and then it was 1 ma = 1 ticket. Once all tickets were taken, we used randy to generate our winner.
of you did this with 6 key combo, that would get you to 720 tickets.

There is a cool website that's easy to find with Google to generate all possible combos of 1 2 3 4 5 6

This is sort of how I feel rex. Hang up the hat for a while if you aren't into it, pick it up again if that old itch comes back.

Either way, you are a slashing legend both in the guild and community, and whatever you choose to do will be respected by me and I'm sure everyone that matters.

dont go emo and quit and sell out.

we have all left the game for months, years, etc. eventually you'll want to come back and use your gear.

if you do a competition. come up with something unique for new players. dont do it so lance and all the other nerds win
