Pricey, but I may be picking one up in the summer. Though, depending on how the new amd cards look when they come out in the summer, I may go with the new ips monitors 120hz+ with freesync that are coming out.

Anyone else intrigued?

Well,it's the worlds first 144hz , 1440p, 27", ips monitor with gsync. The price is pretty justified for the meantime.

Time to start saving Amazon gift cards .

Keep in mind the xg270hu (freesync version) of that monitor, Is TN not ips.

I've been talking about this monitor for the last month~ I'll be picking one up as soon as they go on sale, They should be sold out almost instantly & Keep sold out for ages.

You end up paying about 150+ extra For the gsync but imo its well worth it.

New amd cards this summer. I would consider getting one, which means gsync is meaningless. I have a 770 right now. A 980 isn't that great price/performance.

Yes, the xg is a tn.

Are you stupid or just trolling?

The monitor, just released, is a list price of $799.

You don't have any concrete evidence of the temperature of the amd cards.

Leave your fanboyism out of here.
