Amazing, but pleast dont try to couple this with a rose.
I have a almost identical amulet and a ancient 600/6as/4xcd/6cc/soc along with ones with avg dmg instead of speed, and cooldown.

Non of them beat soj sadly, because its mathematically impossible atm to beat a good soj.

if it were a immunity/charm id rate 9.9.

20% fire dmg
435str
26% elite dmg
socket
