I'll give that a go.

Got a few books in line already, though once I'm done those I'll hop on it.

I am looking for a sci fi book that makes you think a little bit. Something similar to 1984 or enders game but maybe less widely known. Any suggestions?

You would be amazed how Graphic Novels are much better than books at it. It is just there is so many of them you can have troubles to find a good one. Vic and Blood (There was a film based on the story called A Boy and his Dog) is a great example.

Ben Templesmith makes pretty darn amazing work if you ask me.

The original Dune series of books by Frank Herbert, it's like a giant essay about our relationship with machines, computers, and political power.

Don't read the tripe his son wrote after, it's a mundane war of man vs ma June, John Connor vs skynet, in the year 4000
