I was just reading a story about how they charged an 11 year old with possession and kicked him out of school for a year for having a leaf that "looked" like marijuana. 3 tests confirmed that it wasn't.

What makes it illegal or legal depends on the THC% so you can have illegal leaves and legal bud (hermaphrodite for example) as well.

It wasnt Marijuana at all. A completely different species.
