...when you get your news from a comedian you can't be expected to understand the subject matter .

When people trust a news comedian over main stream news networks It's pretty telling of how kuch those networks suck.

I actually do trust him - maybe he'll become the new anchor for NBC...

By recognizing that every successful politician plays the game well, and bowing to corporate interests at times is a necessary part of being a successful politician.

It's an unfortunate system, except in Maine where they have a publicly funded system. One of their senators I think is a grocery bagger at a supermarket. If she does something they don't like she hears about it at work.

Could have easily been WidowsWarriors

but if someone wants to be a wench - whatever floats your boat.

I must remember what Captain McDougall said to General Custer right before the battle of Little Bighorn

"That's a great idea."

Much better system in Maine but they aren't gonna give the US a president any time soon.

Why do you guys care so much? Their interests are extremely important and they should be taken into consideration. Billions of dollars are at stake here...

Of course the king should have the most say over how the government works, he has billions of dollars at stake!

Result of what exactly? There are many issues which are lobbied and donated for that do widely affect the population. The situation described in the video pretty clearly affects more than just Exxon. and if he's going to screw over his own state, he will screw over the country when he gets the chance.
