will on hit and on crit sigils stack?
meaning, will they be able to proc/activate at the same time?
what about on weapon swap + on crit?
i read a post somewhere that any sigil with a cooldown will not stack with another that also has a cooldown.
granted the post was from 2013... but i cant seem to find anything more recent.
