Created a new DH for season 2 and made me few Reaper's Wraps and this was the best one.

Phys is very good for DH...

However... when an item is craftable in bulk... I'd say the secondary is important in regards to it being a trophy.

To me these are 10/10 if it rolls Ranged Reduc or Melee Reduc.

This useless secondary makes its a 6/10 at best.
