eh lowest poss arcane heal (biggest benefit to this ammy imo), and aside from the cd and chc its 6/10. will go 7/10 for the socket. ancient would be best of best but not a bad find. i dont think ive ever rolled an item with 10/100

*edit: guess the prevent all dmg is the MOST imp stat but...
