Don't really know what to say about her but I guess you should use her as your second DD in your raid team as already mentioned.

Short info about the RTA rewards:
If you reach 1100+ points or whatever the next step to unlock more shop items is will give you access to buy specific things. You already know that BUT if you drop down points after that u don't have access to these items anymore.

So if u wanna buy those things ur best bet is to farm enough points first (loose 10-15 fights on purpose to drop down elo and after that you can win 15-20 easy fights).
If you do that daily you'll get ~50+ points/day which is nice.

Once u got the points u need for a specific item u want, go tryhard mode again and climb ranks :)
