Ingredients:

dry:
1.5 cups all purpose white flour
1.5 cups 00-bread flour
pinch of salt
optional: nutritional yeast
Wet:
about 1.5 cups warm water (105 degrees F)



Instructions:

1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl
2. Create a small 'well' (conic-shaped hole) in the center of the mixture.
3. Slowly begin adding the water and mixing in the surrounding flour. Once you've added 1 cup of water, stop.
4. Using your hands, mix in all the surrounding flour and add more water (if needed) untill you get a soft and light (meaning not dense) ball-shaped dough. The dough should not be sticky, add more flour if it is.
5. Leave the dough in the bowl and cover it with a kitchen towel. Let stand for 30min-1hour (longer if you are in a colder environment)
6. The dough should have gained some volume, punch it.
7. Place it on a well greased baking sheet. Most people prefer a bread mold, but you can also use a regular baking sheet for rustic-style bread.
8. Let stand for 45min-1hour.
9. Cook for 31 minutes at 375 degrees(F) or untill the top is golden-brown.
10. Let stand at least a few minutes before enjoying!
