so ones you completed 15cdr boots and Liandry on Support Teemo, together with 40%cdr cap (runes)
and a little mana regen runes for infinite mushroom spam

you either:

1) not take cdr boots+runes and coppy paste build from King-lol
2) you build hurricane, couse adc behind when have teemo support, so you push a little (when adc+mid+top blows)
3) build Void staff for evil mushroom power ( I tent to do this mostly)
4) build warmog, to apply blinds in teamfight openings, without feeds
e/ 5) you uninstall lol, wtf teemo sup
6.66)other
