Gotta pick it up yet again. Stopped around the 5-7th book.
Thanks for the tip!

Kingkiller Chronicles and the Warded Man both come to mind.

The Wheel of Time would probably fit, too. It is a fairly long read, though.

Read all three! They're all great! :D

vouch KKC and WOT

read anything brandon sanderson to be honest

mistborn and stormlight archive are great ongoing series that are linked to most of his other books as well

the reckoners series is pretty good too, but its not connected to his cosmere books

R.A Salvatore Drizzt collections perhaps? - My favorite series

I've also read Ranger's Apprentice from that list. Stopped at book 8 :/

Mistborn/Night Angel Trilogy/Codex Alera series are good, faster reads

Lies of Locke Lamora series?

I've just finished the first book and it was amazing. I just picked up books 2 and 3.

"Elite con artists calling themselves the "Gentleman Bastards" rob the rich of the city of Camorr, based on late medieval Venice but on an unnamed planet.[2] Two stories interweave: in the present, the Gentleman Bastards fight a mysterious Gray King taking over the criminal underworld; alternate chapters describe the history of Camorr and the Gentleman Bastards, in particular protagonist Locke Lamora".

If you liked Game of Thrones you will love this - it's similar in that none of the characters are safe so you can't be sure what will happen.

If you're looking for reading new books you can read "Gitanjali" by Rabindranath Tagore.
