It feels like it's starting to get a bit better, it was pretty bad a couple days ago, it's noticeably better today.
My lips are still so bad, the balm is helping a lot, but I need to do it so many times a day. This morning I woke up and the corners of my lips were so dry they were bleeding a little bit.
The inside of my nose is also extremely dry, I remember the pharmacist going over that symptom when I filled my prescription. There's like zero moisture in my nose right now lol.

My face seems so much clearer and even than it did about a week ago. I'm not really getting any new acne at all (knock on wood), though I know chances are I will still get a few over the course im on the drug. I'm already feeling more confident.

I think this is working for me at the moment, my face is honestly like 50x clearer than it was last week.
The corners of my mouth are still cracked and slightly bleeding, same with my lips. The inside of my nose is dry as a motherfucker. I might put some Vaseline in there or something.
In terms of my face being dry, I'm using the moisturizer religiously, it's working pretty good. If i see a part of my face start to be dry and flaky after putting it on, like around my nose or my forehead, I just dab a little extra moisturizer on it and I'm good to go.
Another thing - my scalp is SO dry, my body isn't producing any oil, so my hair does NOT get greasy at all. I still wash it frequently cause I work in a kitchen, but this dries your scalp out therefore your hair doesn't get oily.
I looked it up, people went like a week without washing their hair and it was still not oily. Crazy. I'm still washing my hair obviously, but I used to have to wash it almost every day cause I have longer hair, and it would get oily so fast. Now it's just.. DRY lol, doesn't look greasy EVER.

Okay so a quick update. Remember how I mentioned the inside of my nose has been dry the past like week?
I was locking up the doors at work with the closing bartender which is also a good friend, and we were just warming up our cars talking.
Then suddenly.. I went to wipe my nose, I thought it was running, I look at my hand where I wiped and its covered in blood!
Boom, full out nosebleed. Dripping down my face. It was embarrassing, lucky she had napkins in her car, we sat out there for a bit till it stopped, was only about 4-5 minutes.
The medication can cause nose bleeds, due to the excessive dryness of the mucous membranes.
It did startle me, I've never in my life had a nosebleed up until about an hour ago.

So today's been OK, I was using Burts Bees on my lips and thought it was helping, it wasn't at all.
So I took someone's advice and got Aquaphor, oh my god this stuff is amazing for my lips. It helps the cracking SOOO much.
I've also put some in the insides of my nose as well, to help with the dryness and help prevent another nosebleed

I'm really liking the progress so far, you can't really tell my lips are dry in this picture, but they are still bad, even when I'm using this Aquaphor like 50 times a day.
I should have taken a before pic, because before my face was so red and inflamed.
