I think if the cooldown reduction were perfect and/or the secondary stat were useful, they'd hold a solid trophy status.
Based on other trophies I've seen, I'd probably call these an 8/10. I'd call these 5/10 tho, on my own scale: Passable, counts as a trophy, but nothing to stand out as a trophy other than the fact that they're good.
