Don't be obtuse. He had expended his "ammo," else they'd have seen him pick up another rock. He was unarmed, they had NO legal reason to fear for their lives - a very necessary threshold to use lethal force, and they murdered him. They should be tried, not praised.

For the first time in a long time in these hate cop cases.. I unfortunately have to side against the cop. The man is mentally ill, throwing rocks, and only one person tried to taze him. Fact is they didn't try hard enough to stop this man before shooting him. When I was Active Duty we had worse than this guy in Afg. and if we shot and killed an Afg. Civilian for throwing rocks we would go to prison. Complete an utter bullshit. These guys aren't cops in my mind.. they are cowards who were afraid of a man with rocks .

Iirc it's legally justifiable to shoot a fleeing man if there's reason to believe letting him go is a danger to society.
