Beta blockers have killed people too

FDA should ban them

im done replying to messages insinuating that I'm suggesting people not vaccinate, as I clearly stated I believe people should vaccinate their children.

What I am saying is that the conerns about vaccinations are valid

I'm not anti science...evidence shows the harm caused by not vaccinating vs vaccinating is much higher....the science also shows there are some potentially deadly or debilitating side effects on rare cases from taking vaccines....

As I stated, I already did the math, and decided that every vaccine with the exception of chicken pox was warranted in my beliefs and accordingly vaccinated my daughter for them.

On EVERY single medication i've ever gotten I've had the potential harms given to me in writing, and by the pharmacist....for myself, for my wife, for my daughter...

Guess when I didn't have any of the potential harms provided to me...when I was vaccinating my daughter...they don't want to scare people into not taking the vaccine, so they figure it's ok to just not tell people the risks

No, it doesn't. 4 cases in a million is not a risk worth noting.

Those potential side effects on your medication are there because there is a tangible risk you may experience those side effects. 4 in a million is not a tangible risk.

no they aren't valid that's the point giving voice to the concerns like this is the equal to chicken littleing can't you see that? anytime you get a shot there is a stray risk but that's all you're talking about here Phil. There aren't two valid sides to this argument.

More people are hurt by Not being vaccinated and getting sick / spreading disease than by vaccines

therefore vaccines > not vaccines

even if vaccines do have some very very marginal risks

Phil...safe means that there are minimal risks...not ZERO risk. There is a risk of an asteroid destroying your home...does that mean your home isn't safe?

why not chicken pox?

afaik it could be serious in her senior years if not vaccinated while young

Yep

As per mayo clinic, a younger age of pox vaccination correlates with decreased incidence of shingles in the future.

According to NASA, there's around a 1 in 63,000 (0.001587301%) chance the TV135 1,480-foot-wide asteroid (quarter of a mile) will crash into Earth by 2032. It would hit with more force than Fat Man and Little Boy combined. Even a 200-foot-wide asteroid would be enough to level everything within a 5 mile radius of where it landed.

It's pretty telling on how far we've come in modern medicine when our vaccines have only a 1 in 250,000 chance of causing dangerous side effects...and that chance is lower than us being hit by an asteroid capable of wiping out New York.
