easy way to invade the US.. come from canada, arctic and up from mexico... easier to launch nukes at US targets..

The point of the video is a credible source of information to what the expenditures will go to. Yes the footage is pretty pointless but the information is important.

-Russia increases its military spending while cutting back in other areas.
-They still have highly destructive & highly advanced weaponry
-The arctic could be a new area of colonization, also ICBMs carrying nuclear warheads from the arctic essentially means that the US is not out of reach/
