i seriously hope bibi loses his reelection. it would be in the best interests of israel and the USA. i pray that israel elects a leader that is actually interested in peace and not beating (another countries) war drums.

I absolutely love that this is backfiring on the House majority the way that it is. As scummy as was to try to boost Netanyahu's reelection prospects in this way, their real mistake was trying to use a serious legislative and diplomatic discussion just to insult Obama.

I only hope more of Congress boycotts the speech and it would be amazing if it forced a cancellation.

He's just being played as a pawn by the GOP. They only care that he will excite their base and increase voter turnout, and prevent God from destroying America for going against the Chosen Peple, of course.

Netanyahu had more to do with this than he's admitting to, he's just a more adept politician than anyone in the House Republican leadership. He used them too, and was able to fall back on the fact that they pushed harder for the speech than he did.

I think Netanyahu is a much better leader than Obama so we should listen to him.

...you forget to mention the real reason you dislike both...that being that they force you to dip into your change purse .

Even though backing the zionist fascist is disgusting, I think a patriot is someone who remains loyal to his people, not necessarily to his leader. If a leader is completely detatched from its people and their needs, he deserves no loyalty and revolution is necessary.

curious about everyone's thoughts on this? not familiar with the history of these visits but it doesn't look too good

Considering how long Obama has been spitting in Israel's face, is this turnabout a surprise to any?
