I have returned to make another blog 6 years after the first one.
Feeling quite stressed from being away from home country and family alongside the family dramas...
To say the least, I have gone up and down in weight and experimented alot; 220 lbs high, 147 lbs low.
After many life changes, my gym time has decreased by a lot, while improving my diet to be much healthier.
Some positives out of this year, I lowered my cholesterol that was considered as "high" and I have been eating a lot healthier and having a better approach on everything physically and mentally.
Typically, I start off my day waking up at 4AM and then going to the gym via train and walking. I normally run 3-5 miles (5-8km) nearly every morning at about 6:45-7:00/Mile/1.6km.
I've always had a passion with cutting weight and improving myself. I hate getting big, or "bulking up". That chapter has closed in my life.
This blog is to keep progress of my weigh-ins. I have increased my meal frequency, but decreased calorie intake. (around 1200-1500/day).
I always enjoyed being at 170 lbs (77kg). Alternatively, I enjoyed being 155-160 lbs even more. It was a leaner cut, and my running/MMA improved drastically.
For the past year, I have been 170-175 lbs consistently at a 182 CM height (About 6'0").
I feel that having this "once-again" goal in my life, it will refresh my motivation and refocus and channel my relentless efforts with my life challenges.
This is a mental and physical catharsis.
Now to begin, my weigh in as of today is 176 lbs (79.9kg). Another 20 or so lbs (9kg) to lose.
