So I didn't play for a couple weeks but I've been playing the past week. Just casually for fun, was able to hit Rank 4 but probably won't do much else. Decided to play Reno Lock and finished off my Golden Warlock. Nothing else exciting happened. I'm probably going to take the rest of the season just updating my ladder decks and learning how the meta has progressed with Yogg Druid and Dragon warrior becoming popular.

Got Rank 3 again lol. I think the decks I am going to focus on next season are going to be Control Warrior, Reno Lock, and Midrange Hunter.

So I've been playing a bit this season, not as much as I should of course. Been doing well with Dragon Warrior, but doing very well with Reno Lock. Also trying out a new Secret Paladin deck from /r/competitiveHS. So far, got Rank 6 and hit 3,500 wins.

So I guess I kind of ignored this thread for the end of last season a bit. Pretty sure I got to Rank 4 the last couple of days and then stopped. Nothing noteworthy from the chest. However, I did get a couple iTunes giftcards so I was able to buy the rest of Karazhan as well as buy some packs. I got the new Hogger card and then a bunch of junk.

I started climbing this season with Dragon Warrior, Midrange Hunter, and Reno Lock. Dragon Warrior was good, Midrange Hunter was good, but Reno Lock as underperformed a bit. Part of it was me just being extremely tilted and playing poorly, but the other part of it is there are a lot more Tempo Mages on ladder now and that matchup is near unwinnable. Anyway, I found a new Control Warrior deck from Tylerootd@twtich and I've been loving it. 13-3 so far and got to Rank 5. I only lost two mirror matches and one Zoo Lock who had 3x Power Overwhelmings and a Soulfire for lethal. This deck crushes Druids though.

So although I got Rank 5, how the rest of the season will play out is still up in the air. This is the busiest semester I've ever had; five upper level computer science classes, I'm working part time, and I have a girlfriend I have to spend time with. So the plan is just to play as much as I can while trying to balance everything. I am still mostly trying to deal with my ladder anxiety as well as just my ability to sit down and play this game for a couple hours straight without getting bored. It is still part of my long-term goals to become a competitive player so those are two obstacles I will need to conquer.

Played a bunch today and yesterday, but really poorly. Got up to Rank 4 then fell back to Rank 5 with 1 star. Probably done for the season. It sucks, but learning how to shake off the losses is important, and it will only help me grow as a player.

Ended up getting to Rank 3... again. Still making the mistake of thinking I can play well while watching a movie or something when that's how I end up making dumb mistakes and playing into my opponents removal. Going to try to take my play time more seriously as well as focus my practice more on improving specific areas of my game. Also, got Golden Soggoth from a pack while on mobile, and here's my season chest.

Climbed to Rank 5 using primarily Reno Lock and Control Warrior

Current decks I've been using. Pretty control heavy but I haven't found a Hunter list that I like yet, and Aggro Shaman just isn't good against Midrange Shaman at all.

Got to Rank 3 but got tilted after some Midrange Shaman mirrors and fell to Rank 4. Still gotta work on not playing tilted.
