Looking for a serious war clan.

I have 1 TH10 -> 23/23 heroes, upraded bows/inferno/teslas. Bowlers/miners/baby d's
2 TH9's -> Both maxed outside heroes (one is 30/28, the other is 23/23)
1 TH8 -> Fresh th8 working on maxing hogs.

I'm a VERY strong th9 attacker; and I want to find a war clan. The only thing is all my accounts must be allowed in, and I have a friend who is th8 that I am mentoring.

I just started playing this game. Any tips for a newbie? Just simple stuff to avoid doing?

I'm not spending any gems..but what should they be spent on?

Decorations are useless right?

So the best use of gems is buying builders
