Great idea, doubt the people that should be doing this will.
Also I feel players that use a headset will have a broken headset within a week of this.
I think taking a 5 min break every so often to do this would work out better
Or just take 30-60 minutes a day 5 days a week to hit up the gym/run outside
then you don't have to worry about getting up during your gaming sesh, where you should be downing mtn dew and toking bowls
