when I try to open second rs07 client I get this error "unable to create advertising"

Any way to fix?

tried copying jagex cache folder and opening that way with new old school shortcut but same problem

had already watched the first one, it's already in the correct location, i'm able to open the first instance.

other ones relating to rs07 and rs3 opening at once, which i'm able to do
