You need to use a Zod in that.

For the same Zod, in the same base, you can make a BOTD berserk axe with 150+ min and 500+ max damage and 60IAS, 120 stats and double leech.

And with a Lo you could make a Grief with even more damage than BOTD.

I can't call trophy an item worse than runeword, even less if it need a HR too.

It's useful in SP till it breaks or you find a zod... But then like Titus said, you can just make botd.

Confused on that one and not really caring to look up all the stats to find out what's wrong.

What is wrong with the helm lol

Blood helm gives 1-3% ll
And that 105% ed looks sketchy but I don't know the ins and out of d2 like some

the life leach is a fixed affix and can stack on top of the helmets regular spawn.

like the fixed max stat of 20 life can be stacked with the regular spawn of 40 life and make it 60 life.

but you are right as life stolen is only available on circlets, someone will have to verify.
