Hello,

I'm pretty new to this photography thing, so please have that in mind.

Talked with one of my friends, who is a lot better than me to photography, so he gave me some advice on what DSLR to get.

I ended up buying a used Canon 1000D, which is fine for me.

To be honest I can't really take "good" pictures because of the lack of techniques I still need to acquire.


In this thread I will post some of the photos I'll take during my progress on being a better photograph.



Was taking some pictures of my Grado SR80i because I have to sell them cause lack of using time.. Think It's a okay picture! :)

I'll be glad to get some advice!

I've been making a tumblr blog, but I'll post most of the pictures here too.

I don't really like the way my pictures with color is getting... Black and White seems much better and easier to do.. :/

You need to work on your colors then. There's a time and place for black and white photos, it isn't always going to work for every photo. It can be frustrating as hell, one of my main annoyances is perfecting skin tones. I don't allow myself to convert because I'm not getting it right though, there is no improving that way.

Had to try to do some colors this time.. Went for a more cold look, even though summer is near us!
I think it came out okay.. :)
