Rrc is damage, it just doesn't show up obviously.

To test you can spam a low hatred skill for x.xx amount of seconds with the reduced cost then do text again without. The difference can be figured with simplistic math to see your dps gain. 7ias however doesn't help that much considering you are just dumping away resource, and this is a 55+grift bow there is no reason to dump resource faster that you will just have to wait to regen anyway.

The only discretion with speed is the ability to spam more elemental arrows to regen more hatred, but I'm willing to bet if you did the math it would equate to less overall dps ten 10rrc

max dmg on bows are 1562-1940
min dmg is 8pts from perfect
max dmg is 94pts from perfect
everything else is perfect

thx for all the love guys :)
and yes rcr is more sought after on bows for new m6 dh now
