yes i did but it didnt help im starting to think it might just be the hard drive itself

I personally don't like Seagate...If you can, try to get a Samsung or Western Digital. Just my opinion, but if you can get Seagate to work, no problemo there I suppose lol.

ive actually seen a lof of things on google about people having problems with seagate

only reason i bought it is because it was cheap
