Was trying to write a song, but it didn't work out how i wanted, so i just turned it into a poem.

I don't write poetry so its probably pretty bad. but i figured i would post it somewhere before i throw it out.


We're drowning in a sea of greed,
for dirty hands hath plant the seed.
With un-pure thoughts, morals concede.
Just stab the back, and you'll succeed.

The hatred dwells within these walls.
In vivid dreams, the leaders fall.
Evil dictates, we heed the call,
of the hellish voice, we're Satan's thrall.

Not sure why, but i wrote another....

Doomed

We place ourselves on the highest of pedestals,
and idolize the entertainment like infatuated fools.
Curse our God, we need someone to blame,
while we waste our Sundays, home watching the game.
Badmouth our parents, refuse to be the same,
and kill each other, sometimes in the lords name.
Use sex as a weapon, a drug or a game,
then take from each other for our own personal gain.
Tell gossip of others, create lies to portray shame,
mostly because we are jealous, wish we had better or the same.
