Very interesting thread, I hope people will not post their song of the days here, but songs that they indeed do listen to for at least 5 to 10 years without feeling being bored of them.

i had a similar thread a bit ago, for songs that you keep playing over and over cuase theyre so awesome, but not necessarily for 5-10 years. thread didnt last, tho. hopefully this one will do better. theres a few songs that im currently really into, ill spread em out tho.

the whole nightfall in middle earth album by blind guardian , been like 15 years ago i listened to it the first time and i still listen to it without getting bored

I first heard Hagnesta Hill (the Swedish version) by Kent in 1999 and it immediatly became my favorite album, to this day I still give track #1, 2, 4, 6, 7,8, 10, 11 and 12 regular spins.

Not sure I would recommend it though as it's got that dated 90's alt rock sound written all over it and the lyrics are in Swedish but for me personally it's the best album of all time.

Song is not that old, but man... so so good.
