Dueling you isnt fighting at all. Its just running after people that run away with easiest chars builds.

And the blizzer I believe uses 20/17s so shouldnt really be an issue for a ghost but it was, and you can build your ghost with unperms? there is plenty items out there to build your chars with unperms if you really want (valk/gchaos/godesslila's claw/32020s so on)
