So today I just reached level 30. I have my 2 rune pages filled up with typical runes for AD and AP(and a couple more quints for quick changes). And now I have about 6300 ip saved up.

Looking for a champ(or couple cheap similar ones) to main, can play more than 1 role, that isn't banned much, easy enough to learn and able to carry games(I know you're probably going to say any champ can carry so you can ignore that if you want).
