Disclaimer: This list is unlike previous versions, so if you do not like it don't use it. A group of members based on history, intelligence of the game and experience joined a jsp event to review, vote on items and edit the list. We are currently still in the process of updating items, names and making it more aesthetically pleasing.

There are parts of the google doc that are not 100% finished such as the 1st tab of running totals. Please be patient while we work on this and other features.

there's a good amount of placeholders..
but also its pretty ridiculous in many cases what the best currently is, some of the items are decently high ee but the #2 behind it might be 70ee lower (lookin at u 55 fires)

yea, so many ripped items I know I myself have ripped thousands of fg in hc the 2 times I tried it many moons ago. rip 153ee 55 sword

Well, toward the end we were just looking to plug items into whatever category to at least have it covered rather than empty. Phase 2 (posting list publicly to get items and categories updated) must be completed before this list is deemed finished.
It does amaze me though that there are some HC items that are better than the SC version. Sort of bewildering.
So, please if anyone knows of or has anything better than what is listed on the list let us know so we can get even closer to finishing the goal.

Question- This goes for dex / str / stat charms. Should there be an honorable mention slot used for the best HH usable charm (if the best listed isn't HH usable) of the categories in question?
